The Website barmanshop.com does not guarantee a total availability of the products at the time of purchase by the User, regardless of the receipt of the order confirmation email. In the event that the product purchased during the order is not available, the User will be offered the possibility of a product change or the refund of the amount of the unavailable product, as desired.
You can receive your order at your delivery address or at the bus terminal closest to your home, according to the shipping method you choose. The delivery period varies from 1 to 5 business days excluding Sundays and holidays, as of the confirmation of payment. FREE returns at our store
Items purchased online or in our physical store can be returned free of charge at our store if the products are in perfect condition under the same conditions that was delivered with their original packaging. The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase that is sent together with the order.
The return of an order can be previously reported to BarmanShop by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (5411) 4371 6828 within 30 days after making the purchase or receipt of the order. Once this period of time has passed, the claim will not proceed.
The expenses generated by the return of the order by choice of the customer will be borne by the Customer. We will proceed to pay the entire amount paid, after checking the status of the product, as long as it has been previously returned to the store of BarmanShop in perfect condition and in the same packaging of origin.
Are excluded from this case those returns that are derived from an error by BarmanShop or a defect in the product. In such case, Barmanshop undertakes to exchange the defective product for an equal one, provided that it is available, as well as the cost of return and the new shipment. In case of not being able to make the change of the product the User will be paid the corresponding amount through the previously used payment method.
The user has the right to cancel his purchase order without any cost until the moment the shipment becomes effective, once the order leaves the storage facilities, the cancellation will be considered a return, according to the procedure described above.
